We wash the chicken breast thoroughly, then we cut it as shown in the video.

نقوم بغسل صدر الدجاجة جيدا ثم نقطعه بالطريقة الموضحة بالفيديو

We add salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, paprika, and some vinegar, then we mix it well until the ingredients are combined.

نضع عليه الملح والفلفل الأسود والكمون والكزبرة والبابريكا وبعض الخل ثم نقلبه جيدا حتى تمتزج المكونات

In a skillet over heat, we add a cube of butter, then add the chicken and let it cook until it changes color and turns golden.

في مقلاة على النار نضع مكعب من الزبدة ثم نضع الدجاج ونتركه حتى يتغير لونه ويأخذ لونا ذهبيا

In the same skillet, we add butter, then add the onion and sauté until it softens. Next, we add the garlic, tomato paste, cream, and two cups of milk.

في نفس المقلاة نضع زبدة ثم نضع البصل  ونقلبه حتى يذبل ثم نقوم بوضع الثوم ومعجون الطماطم والكريمه وكوبين من الحليب

We mix all the ingredients well, then add the same spices we used for the chicken along with a pinch of thyme, and stir.

نقلب جميع المكونات جيدا ثم نضع نفس التوابل التي وضعناها على الدجاج مع رشة زعتر ونقلب

We add the chicken to the sauce and let it cook for five minutes until done.

نقوم بوضع الدجاج في الصوص ونتركها حتى تنضج لمدة خمس دقائق

At this time, we boil the pasta by putting boiling water in a pot on the heat, then adding a pinch of salt, followed by the pasta.

في هذا الوقت نقوم بسلق المعكرونة حيث نضع ماء مغلي في طنجرة على النار ثم نضع رشة ملح ثم نقوم بوضع المعكرونة

After the pasta is cooked, we add it to the chicken, then sprinkle mozzarella on top and let it sit for two minutes. Finally, we serve it with a sprinkle of parsley.

بعد ان تنضج المعكرونة نقوم بوضعها علي الدجاج ثم نضع الموزاريلا ونتركها لمدة دقيقتين ثم تقدم مع رشة من البقدونس

في مقلاة على النار نضع ملعقة سمنه

After the ghee melts, add the basterma and let it cook for a bit until it gets color, then set it aside.

بعد أن تذوب السمنه نضع البسطرمة ونتركها قليلا حتى تأخذ لون ثم نتركها على جنب

In the same pan, add the onion and then a clove of garlic. Stir well until they take on color.

في نفس المقلاة نضع البصل ثم نضع فص ثوم ونقلب جيدا حتى يأخذوا لون

Add the grated tomatoes mixed with two teaspoons of tomato paste, then add a little water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

نضع الطماطم المبشورة المخلوطه مع ملعقتين من معجون الطماطم ثم نضع القليل من المياه ونتركها تتسبك لمدة ٥ دقائق

Add the spices: chili, black pepper, a pinch of paprika, and sugar.

نقوم بوضع التوابل وهي شطه وفلفل اسود ورشة بابريكا وسكر

Add the basterma, then crack in the eggs and stir well until the eggs are cooked. Finally, sprinkle with some parsley.

نقوم بوضع البسطرمة ثم نضع البيض ونقلب جيدا حتى ينضج البيض ثم نضع رشة بقدونس

In a pan over heat, add a little oil, then add the sausage and fry it until it takes on color.

في مقلاة على النار نضع القليل من الزيت ثم نضع السجق ونحمره حتى يأخذ لون

Remove the sausage, then add a little oil to the same pan, followed by the onion, garlic, and bell pepper.

نقوم بإزالة السجق ثم نضع في نفس المقلاة القليل من الزيت ثم نضع البصل والثوم وفلفل

Add the sausage to the mixture, then season with salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, a pinch of paprika, and some vinegar.

نقوم بوضع السجق على الخليط ثم نضع ملح وفلفل اسود وكمون وكزبرة ورشة بابريكا وبعض الخل

Add the grated tomatoes mixed with two teaspoons of tomato paste, then add a little sugar, a cup of water, and a cube of broth. Let it simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens.

نقوم بوضع الطماطم المبشورة المخلوطة بملعقتين من  معجون الطماطم ثم نضع القليل من السكر وكوب من الماء ومعكب مرقة ونتركها لمدة ٥ دقائق حتى تتسبك

After 5 minutes, add the pasta and stir. Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes, then add a sprinkle of parsley.

بعد مرور ٥ دقائق نضع المعكرونة ونقلبها ونغطي المقلاة ونتركها لمدة ١٠ دقائق  ثم نضع رشة من البقدونس

أسرع اكله لجوع اخر الليل

Cream cheese

In a pan over heat, add a tablespoon of ghee, then add the onions and stir. Next, add two cloves of garlic and stir until they soften.

في مقلاة على النار نضع ملعقة سمنه ثم نضع البصل ونقلب ثم نضع فصين من الثوم ونقلب حتى يذبلوا

Add the tomatoes and crush them as shown in the video, then add salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, and chili.

نقوم بوضع الطماطم ونقوم بهرسها كما موضح بالڤيديو ثم نضع الملح والفلفل الأسود والكمون والكزبرة والشطة

Stir all the ingredients well, then add water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

نقلب جميع المكونات جيدا ثم نضع الماء ونتركها تتسبك لمدة 5 دقائق

When the water evaporates, add the eggs and stir gently, then let it cook on low heat for five minutes until done.

عندما تتبخر المياه نقوم بوضع البيض ونقلب تقليبه خفيفة ثم نتركها على نار هادئة لمدة خمس دقائق حتى ينضج

Finally, add 3 tablespoons of cream cheese, and enjoy your meal!

في النهاية نضع 3 ملاعق من الجبن الكريمي وبالهنا والشفا

اللحسة اليمنية

In the food processor, we add bell peppers, 3 cloves of garlic, and the zest of one lemon.

في محضر الطعام نضع فلفل ألوان مع 3 فصوص من الثوم مع ليمونه مبشورة

Then we add the spices (salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, paprika) with a quarter cup of vinegar and mix them well.

ثم نضع التوابل ( ملح،فلفل اسود، كمون، كزبرة،بابريكا) مع ربع كوب من الخل ثم نخلطهم جيدا

To make the tahini: we put the tahini in a bowl and thin it out with oil until we reach the consistency shown in the video.

لعمل الطحينه : نقوم بوضع الطحينه في وعاء ونخففها بالزيت إلي أن نصل الي القوام الموضح بالڤيديو

Since the hot oil is thick, we will also thin it out with a little more oil.

ولأن الزيت الحار يكون ثقيل سوف نخففه بالقليل من الزيت أيضا

In a pan over heat, we place the fava beans and mash them slightly, then add the same spices we used in the marinade we prepared.

في مقلاة على النار نضع الفول ونهرسه قليلا ثم نضع عليه نفس التوابل التي وضعناها في التتبيلة التي حضرناها

We place the fava beans in a serving dish, add a little of the marinade on top, and garnish with tahini sauce, a drizzle of hot oil, and a sprinkle of cumin.

نضع الفول في صحن التقديم ثم نضع عليه القليل من التتبيلة ونزينه بصوص الطحينه مع القليل من الزيت الحار ورشة كمون

الحلاوة الطحينية في البيت بأسهل طريقة

In a bowl, we put a cup of powdered milk and a cup of powdered sugar, and we mix them well.

في وعاء نقوم بوضع كوب من الحليب البودرة ومع كوب من السكر البودرة ونحركهم جيدا

Then we add a cup of tahini, followed by a little vanilla, and mix well.

ثم نضع كوب من الطحينة ثم نضع القليل من الفانيلا ونقلب جيدا

We knead it well as shown in the video, then we add nuts to taste.

نعجنها جيدا كما موضح بالڤيديو ثم نضع المكسرات حسب الرغبة

When it holds together and reaches the consistency shown in the video, we place it in a container and press it down. Then we add some nuts on top and refrigerate it for two hours.

عندما تتماسك وتصل الي القوام الموضح بالڤيديو نضعها في علبة ونكبس عليها ثم نضع بعض المكسرات على الوجه ونضعها في الثلاجة لمدة ساعتين

الحلاوة الطحينية

مكرونة سهلة بطريقة جديدة

Boiling pasta: In a pot on the stove, we put boiling water, then add some salt, and add the pasta. We leave it for seven minutes.

سلق المعكرونة: في طنجرة على النار  نضع الماء المغلي ثم نضع بعض الملح ونقوم بوضع المعكرونه  ونتركها لمدة سبع دقائق

In a bowl, we combine grated tomatoes with two tablespoons of sauce, a pinch of salt, black pepper, a sprinkle of paprika, coriander, cumin, chili, a tablespoon of sugar, some vinegar, and a cube of broth. We mix them well.

في وعاء نضع الطماطم المبشورة مع ملعقتين من الصلصة مع رشة ملح وفلفل أسود ورشة بابريكا وكزبرة وكمون وشطة وملعقة من السكر مع بعض الخل ومكعب من المرقه ونخلطهم جيدا

In a pan over heat, we add a tablespoon of butter along with some oil, then add the onion and sauté until it becomes soft.

في مقلاة على النار نضع ملعقة زبدة ونضع عليها بعض الزيت ثم نضع البصل ونقلب حتى يذبل

We add two cloves of garlic, then add the green pepper and stir well. Next, we add the sauce we prepared, thin it with some water, and let it simmer for ten minutes until it thickens.

نضع فصين من الثوم ثم نضع الفلفل الأخضر ونقلب جيدا ثم نضع الصلصة التي حضرناها ونخففها ببعض الماء ونتركها عشر دقائق حتى تتسبك

After ten minutes, we add the boiled pasta to the sauce, along with a little of the pasta cooking water. We stir, then sprinkle with some parsley. Enjoy your meal!

بعد عشر دقائق نضع المعكرونه المسلوقة في الصلصة ونضع القليل من مياة سلق المعكرونة ونقلب ثم نضع رشة بقدونس وبالهنا والشفا

Pasta with Red Sauce

خلينا متفقين ان المكرونة هي اكتر اكلة ينفع نعمل فيها افتكاسات

Chicken stock

In a pan over heat, add a tablespoon of butter. Once it melts, add the onion and two cloves of garlic, and sauté them until they soften.

في مقلاة على النار نضع ملعقة من الزبدة وبعد أن تذوب نضع البصل وفصين من الثوم ونقلبهم حتى يذبلوا

Add three grated tomatoes along with two tablespoons of tomato paste, and stir well.

نقوم بوضع 3 من الطماطم المبشورة مع ملعقتين من معجون الطماطم ونقلب جيدا

Then add a cup of chicken broth, along with salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, chili, and a tablespoon of sugar.

ثم نضع كوب من مرق الدجاج ونضع الملح والفلفل الأسود والبابريكا والزعتر وشطه وملعقة سكر

Let the sauce simmer, and in the meantime, boil the pasta in a pot of salted water. Cook the pasta until it is about 75% done.

نترك الصوص يتسبك وفي هذا الوقت نقوم بسلق المعكرونه في طنجرة على النار نضع فيها بعض الملح ثم نضع المعكرونه ونتركها تنضح بنسبة 0.75 بالمئه

Return to the sauce and add four tablespoons of cream cheese, stirring well. Then add the cooked pasta along with some pasta cooking water, a sprinkle of black pepper, and mozzarella cheese.

نرجع الي الصوص ونضع عليه اربع ملاعق من الجبنة الكريمي ونقلب ثم نضع المعكرونه المسلوقة مع بعض مياة سلق المعكرونة ورشة فلفل اسود وموزاريلا

Transfer the pasta to a serving dish and garnish with parsley, mozzarella, and thyme.

نضع المعكرونه في صحن التقديم ثم نزينها بالبقدونس والموزاريلا والزعتر
