Ingredients

  • 3Psc.eggs
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
  • 0.25Psc.Chopped Onion
  • 2ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1Psc.Tomato
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 0.5To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Coriander
  • 1PinchHot chilli powder
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese

Steps

    In a pan over heat, add a tablespoon of ghee, then add the onions and stir. Next, add two cloves of garlic and stir until they soften.

    Add the tomatoes and crush them as shown in the video, then add salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, and chili.

    Stir all the ingredients well, then add water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

    When the water evaporates, add the eggs and stir gently, then let it cook on low heat for five minutes until done.

    Finally, add 3 tablespoons of cream cheese, and enjoy your meal!
