Pasta with Red Sauce

Boiling pasta: In a pot on the stove, we put boiling water, then add some salt, and add the pasta. We leave it for seven minutes.

In a bowl, we combine grated tomatoes with two tablespoons of sauce, a pinch of salt, black pepper, a sprinkle of paprika, coriander, cumin, chili, a tablespoon of sugar, some vinegar, and a cube of broth. We mix them well.

In a pan over heat, we add a tablespoon of butter along with some oil, then add the onion and sauté until it becomes soft.

We add two cloves of garlic, then add the green pepper and stir well. Next, we add the sauce we prepared, thin it with some water, and let it simmer for ten minutes until it thickens.

After ten minutes, we add the boiled pasta to the sauce, along with a little of the pasta cooking water. We stir, then sprinkle with some parsley. Enjoy your meal!
