Finely grind the biscuits, then mix them with butter until combined and form them into a cheesecake mold

Beat the whipping cream with vanilla until the cream doubles in size and thickens, then transfer it to a separate bowl

Mix cream cheese with sweetened sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest until the consistency becomes smooth

- Preheat the oven to 180 c.
- Core, and cut the apples into 1/4-inch slices.

- نحمي الفرن على حرارة ١٨٠ س.
- نقطع التفاح على شكل هلال ونتأكد من إزالة البذور منها .

In a large pan, melt the butter and transfer the apples into the pan. Add sugar. Cook for 3 minuts while stirring.

- نبدأ بإذابة الزبدة على مقلاة ساخنة ثم نضيف التفاح ونقلب مع السكر لما يقارب ٣ دقائق.

- In a small bowl, add cornstarch and orange juice and mix until the cornstarch dissolves.Add the mixture to the apple sauce and cook, gently stirring for 3 mins.
- Remove from the heat  and add the ( spices , vanilla extract, and salt)and transfer the apple mixture into a  baking dish. Set aside.

- في وعاء منفصل نذيب النشا مع عصير البرتقال ثم نضيف السائل لخليط التفاح و نطهو لثلاث دقائق اضافية.
- نزيل المقلاة عن النار ونضيف كل البهارات و الفانيلا ورشة الملح

- In a medium bowl, mix together the dry ingredients; flour, sugar, orange zest, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter over the apple mixture and spread roughly.
- Bake for 40-50 min until golden brown.

- لتحضير خليط الكيك  …نبدء بخلط المواد الجافة ( الطحين والسكر والبيكينغ باودر و رشة الملح وبرش البرتقال) ثم نضيف الحليب والفانيلا و الزبدة الذائبة،نحرك جيدا ونسكب الخليط فوق خليط التفاح مع محاولة تغطيته كاملا.
- والان على الفرن المحمى مسبقا لمدة ٤٠-٥٠ دقيقة حتى يصبح خليط الكيك ذهبي اللون ثم نترك الكوبلر يبرد لمدة ١٥ دقيقة .

In a large bowl, mix the eggs with salt, vanilla, and sugar well.

في وعاء كبير، اخلط البيض مع الملح، الفانيليا، والسكر جيدًا.

Add the cocoa powder and mix until combined.

أضف بودرة الكاكاو واخلط حتى يتمازج الخليط.

Gradually add the milk while whisking to achieve a smooth consistency.

أضف الحليب تدريجيًا مع الخفق للحصول على قوام ناعم.

Add the flour and mix well, then add the melted butter and mix until homogeneous.

أضف الطحين واخلط جيدًا، ثم أضف الزبدة المذوبة واخلط حتى يتجانس الخليط.

Heat a high-quality pan (no need to grease it).

سخن مقلاة عالية الجودة (لا تحتاج لدهنها).

Pour the mixture into the pan and wait for a minute until the first side is browned, then flip it to brown the other side.

اسكب الخليط في المقلاة وانتظر دقيقة حتى يتحمر الجانب الأول، ثم اقلبه ليأخذ نفس الوقت على الجهة الأخرى.

Once all the discs are done, prepare the filling by mixing the cream cheese with the cream, sweetened condensed milk, and chocolate.

بعد الانتهاء من جميع الأقراص، حضر الحشوة بخلط الجبنة الكريمية مع القشطة، الحليب المكثف، والشوكولاتة.

Spread the filling on one disc and place another disc on top, repeating this with the remaining discs.

ادهن قرصًا بالحشوة وضع قرصًا آخر فوقه، وكرر العملية مع باقي الأقراص.

Crush the cocoa biscuits and sprinkle them over the filling.

Wrap the discs in aluminum foil and place them in the refrigerator for one hour.

اطحن البسكويت ورشه فوق الحشوة.
لف الأقراص بورق القصدير وضعها في الثلاجة لمدة ساعة.

Prepare the chocolate coating and drizzle it over the discs after removing them from the refrigerator.

Add any decorations you like and return them to the refrigerator to set.

حضر غلاف الشوكولاتة وانثره على الأقراص بعد إخراجها من الثلاجة.
أضف الزينة التي تفضلها وأعدها للثلاجة مرة أخرى لتتماسك.

When ready to serve, cut them and enjoy their delicious taste.

عند التقديم، قم بتقسيمها واستمتع بمذاقها الرائع.

We season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.

نتبّل شرائح السلمون بالملح، الفلفل الأسود

In a non-stick skillet, fry the salmon fillets in oil and butter on both sides for 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.

في مقلاة غير لاصقة، نقلي شرائح السلمون بالزيت و الزبدة على الطرفين 2-3 دقيقة حتى تنضج تماماً.

In the same pan, we add the garlic, lemon slices, and asparagus.

في نفس المقلاة نضيف الثوم ، قطع الليمون ، الهليون

We take the salmon out of the pan and set it aside. We stir the ingredients until they wilt, then we add lemon juice, lemon zest, vinegar, and a little water.

نرفع السلمون من المقلاة ونضعه جانباً نقلّب المكونات حتى تذبل ثمّ نضيف عصير الليمون وبشرة الليمون – الخل – وقليل من الماء

We add the caper berries, then add the cooking cream and butter, and let the sauce simmer on the heat until it boils.

نضع حبوب الكيبر ثم نضيف كريمة الطبخ والزبدة ونترك الصلصة على النار حتى تغلي

We add salt, black pepper, rosemary, and parsley.

نضيف بالملح، الفلفل الأسود ، اكليل الجبل والبقدونس .

We return the salmon fillet to the sauce and let it soak in the sauce for 5 minutes.

نعيد شريحة السلمون الى الصلصة ونتركها 5 دقايق لتتشرب الصلصة

We dry the burrata ball with a paper towel.

نجفف كرة البوراتا بمنشفة ورقية

We pour the flour, eggs, and panko into their respective dishes.

نسكب الطحين والبيض والبانكو في أطباق خاصة بهما.

We dip the burrata ball in flour, then we dip the ball in the beaten egg, and finally in the panko.

نغمس كرة البوراتا في الطحين ، ثم نغمس الكرة في البيض المخفوق ثم البانكو.

We dip the ball again in the beaten eggs, then in the panko to get a double layer.

نغمس الكرة مرة أخرى في البيض المخفوق، ثم في البانكو لنحصل على طبقة مزدوجة.

We place the ball on a small plate lined with parchment paper and put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

نضع الكرة على طبق صغير مبطن بورق زبدة ونضعها في الفريزر لمدة 10-15 دقيقة.

In a pan, we add olive oil and then start sautéing the onion and garlic.

بمقلاة نضيف زيت الزيتون ثم نبدأ بتشويح البصل والثوم

We add the colored peppers, then the tomatoes and tomato paste. We add the chives and season with salt and pepper.

نضيف الفلفل الملون ثم البندورة ودبس البندورة ،  نضيف الثوم المعمر ونتبل بالملح والفلفل

We add the mushrooms and cover the pan for 5 minutes to let the ingredients blend together.

نضيف الفطر و نغلق على المقلاة 5 دقايق لتمتزج المكونات

We fill a pot with oil and let it heat, then we carefully fry the burrata in the oil for 3 to 4 minutes or until it turns golden brown.

نملىء قدر بالزيت ونتركه ليحمى  ثم نقلي البوراتا بعناية في الزيت لمدة 3 إلى 4 دقائق أو حتى يصبح لونها بنيًا ذهبيًا.

We take it out of the oil and place it on a plate lined with a paper towel.

نخرجها من الزيت إلى طبق مبطن بمنشفة ورقية.

We pour the sauce into the serving dish and place the fried burrata cheese in the center of the sauce.

نسكب الصلصة في صحن التقديم ، نضع جبنة البوراتا المقلية في وسط الصلصة.

We decorate it with basil and aged garlic.

نزينها بالريحان ولثوم المعمر  .

We let the fish marinate in the mixture for at least half an hour.

We roast them in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.

We start by adding a little hot water to the dates until they soften, then we dry them well.

نبدأ باضافة القليل من الماء الساخن لحبات التمر حتى تطرى ثم يتم تنشيفها جيدا.

We add the dates, nuts, peanut butter, and cocoa powder to the food processor and grind them until we obtain a cohesive dough.

نضيف التمر والمكسرات وزبدة الفول السوداني وبودرة الكاكاو لمحضرة الطعام ونطحنها حتى نحصل على عجينة متماسكة

We roll out the dough using any springform pan or by using parchment paper or silicone molds to make it easier to remove from the mold.
