  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Pistachios

Steps

    Finely chop the baklava dough to the desired thickness.

    Place the dough in a bowl and add ghee.

    Mix well until the dough absorbs the ghee.

    Grease a tray with ghee, add the dough, and press it down.

    Bake in a preheated oven for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.

    In a saucepan, add milk, crème caramel, vanilla, and sugar.

    Cook while stirring until it boils.

    Remove the tray from oven and pour the hot mixture over the crust.
