Steps

    We heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and let it warm up, then we add the pieces of fat to the hot oil and let them brown slightly

    We add the sliced onions, minced garlic, and hot peppers to the pan, and stir the ingredients together until they soften. Then we add the pieces of meat to the pan and stir them well with the onions and garlic

    We add salt, red chili flakes, curry, cumin, and mixed spices, then mix the ingredients well until the meat absorbs the spices

    We reduce the heat and pour the meat with the spices into the pan, then cover it and let the meat cook for one to one and a half hours, or until it is tender
