- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Coconut powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Diet Sugar
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 0.5CupMilk
- 1CupAlmonds
- 0.5Cupwater
- 0.5Psc.Lemon juice
Steps

Add semolina to a deep oven dish.

Add yogurt, coconut and honey or diet sugar for sweetening.

Then we add baking powder and half a cup of milk.

Mix the ingredients together well.

Decorate the face with almonds, optional.

Place the bowl in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Mix half a cup of water with lemon juice and sugar or honey in a saucepan over low heat.

Pour the hot syrup over the basbousa and it is ready to serve.
