Mix 5 cups of flour with 5 tablespoons of milk powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, ¼ cup of vegetable oil, and 1 teaspoon of yeast.

Start kneading the ingredients by gradually adding 1½ cups of warm water until a cohesive dough forms.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 equal balls, cover them, and let them rest for another 30 minutes before use.

Preparing the Filling: 5. Chop the leaves of 3 bunches of Swiss chard finely, then place them in a strainer and add 1 teaspoon of salt.

Rub the chard with salt well to remove excess liquids.

Add 3 finely chopped onions, a handful of chopped walnuts, salt, sumac, red chili flakes, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix the filling well.

Roll each dough ball into a circle, place the filling inside, and fold it into your desired shape.

Arrange the pies on a tray greased with a little oil.

Bake the pies in a preheated oven at high temperature, baking from the bottom first until golden, then from the top.
