- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee

In a pan on the stove, add a tablespoon of ghee.

After the ghee melts, add the basterma and let it cook for a bit until it gets color, then set it aside.

In the same pan, add the onion and then a clove of garlic. Stir well until they take on color.

Add the grated tomatoes mixed with two teaspoons of tomato paste, then add a little water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the spices: chili, black pepper, a pinch of paprika, and sugar.

Add the basterma, then crack in the eggs and stir well until the eggs are cooked. Finally, sprinkle with some parsley.
