  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Coarse salt
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Basil
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Smoked paprika

Steps

    Cut the fresh tomatoes into quarters.

    Sprinkle them with a little salt.

    Place the tomatoes in the oven or air fryer at 100°C (212°F) for 2 to 3 hours until they are completely dried.

    After the dried tomatoes cool down, grind them finely

    Add all the spices to the sundried tomatoes and mix well
