  • 40CupMilk
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 3Grams (g) Vegeta Spices
  • 2SlicesSourdough bread
  • 20Grams (g) Butter
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Fresh Chives

Steps

    Cut your onions and mushrooms.

    Crack your eggs.

    Add seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, milk.

    Mix those eggs until your arm hurts or use a hand blender.

    Add some butter to the pan and toast your bread to a golden brown color.

    Sautรฉ your onion, mushroom and spinach.

    Add your egg mixture and stir until the eggs are soft and creamy.

    Place your eggs on top of the golden brown crispy bread.

    Add some chives on top.
