We wash the chicken breast thoroughly, then we cut it as shown in the video.

We add salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, paprika, and some vinegar, then we mix it well until the ingredients are combined.

In a skillet over heat, we add a cube of butter, then add the chicken and let it cook until it changes color and turns golden.

In the same skillet, we add butter, then add the onion and sauté until it softens. Next, we add the garlic, tomato paste, cream, and two cups of milk.

We mix all the ingredients well, then add the same spices we used for the chicken along with a pinch of thyme, and stir.

We add the chicken to the sauce and let it cook for five minutes until done.

At this time, we boil the pasta by putting boiling water in a pot on the heat, then adding a pinch of salt, followed by the pasta.
