  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vinegar
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini

Steps

    In the food processor, we add bell peppers, 3 cloves of garlic, and the zest of one lemon.

    Then we add the spices (salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, paprika) with a quarter cup of vinegar and mix them well.

    To make the tahini: we put the tahini in a bowl and thin it out with oil until we reach the consistency shown in the video.

    Since the hot oil is thick, we will also thin it out with a little more oil.

    In a pan over heat, we place the fava beans and mash them slightly, then add the same spices we used in the marinade we prepared.

    We place the fava beans in a serving dish, add a little of the marinade on top, and garnish with tahini sauce, a drizzle of hot oil, and a sprinkle of cumin.
