نقوم بدهن البايركس بالزيت.

نضع طبقات الجلاش بالتناوب مع الزيت ثم إدخال الصينية الفرن حتى يأخذ اللون الذهبي.

Mix the Greek yogurt with the whipping cream.

نخلط الزبادي اليوناني مع كريمة اللباني.

Break the goulash into small pieces after baking.

نقوم بتكسير الجلاش بعد إخراجه من الفرن لقطع صغيرة حسب الرغبة.

Layer baked goulash with condensed milk and caramel sauce, then add another layer of goulash. Repeat.

نضع طبقة من الجلاش، ثم طبقة من الحليب المكثف وصوص الكراميل، ثم طبقة أخرى من الجلاش، ونكرر العملية.

نوزع كريمة الشانتيه على الوجه.

Garnish the dessert with available fruits as desired.

Whisk eggs with vanilla. Add condensed milk, whipping cream, and cinnamon. Mix well.

نقوم بخلط البيض مع الفانيليا.  نضف اللبن المكثف المحلى، الكريمة اللباني، والقرفة ونقلب جيداً.

Melt butter in a pan. Dip brioche toast slices into the egg mixture.

نضع الزبدة في مقلاة.  نقوم بتغميس شرائح التوست في خليط البيض.

Cook the toast in the pan until golden brown.

نطهي التوست في المقلاة حتى يصبح ذهبي اللون.

In the same pan, add butter, cornstarch, lemon juice, and maple syrup.

في نفس المقلاة، نضف الزبدة، الدقيق، عصير الليمون، والمابل سيرب.

Add the berries and stir well. Add a little water if the sauce is too thick.

نضف التوت ونقلب جيداً. نضف القليل من الماء إذا كان الصوص سميكاً.

Arrange French toast slices on a plate. Pour berry sauce and maple syrup over the French toast.

نقوم بتحمير الدجاج في ملعقة كبيرة من الزبدة مع الملح والفلفل.

Prepare the sauce: Add the walnuts, garlic, soy sauce, broth, cream, and toast into the blender.

نقوم بتحضير الصوص: نضع الجوز، الثوم، صويا صوص، مرقة، كريمة لباني، والتوست في المحضر.

نخلط الخليط جيدًا في المحضر.

Heat the sauce in a pan. If the sauce is thick, add a little milk to loosen it.

نقوم بتحمير الصوص في مقلاة. إذا كان الصوص ثقيلًا، نضيف إليه قليل من الحليب.

In a plate, place the previously cooked white rice, then the chicken with the sauce, and decorate it with green coriander and walnuts.

في صحن نضع الارز الابيض المطبوخ مسبقا ثم الدجاج بالصوص و نزينه بالكزبرة الخضراء و الجوز

Add the béchamel sauce on top of the mixture.

نضع البشاميل على الخليط.

We put it in the oven until it takes on a golden color.

Put butter and bouillon cubes in a pot over heat, then add the milk, flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and stir.

نضع الزبدة والمرق في حلة على النار، ثم نضيف اللبن والدقيق، الملح، الفلفل، وجوزة الطيب، ونقلب حتى تتماسك الصلصة.

Pour the béchamel sauce into a Pyrex dish.

نضع البشاميل في طبق بايركس.

Add the cooked pasta and the mixture, then top with the remaining béchamel sauce.

نضيف المكرونة المسلوقة والخليط، ثم نضع البشاميل المتبقي فوقهم.

نضع البطاطس المهروسة في طبق.

Prepare the sauce by mixing tomato puree, tomato sauce, thyme, and basil.

نعد الصوص عن طريق خلط الطماطم البيوريه، الصلصة، الزعتر، والريحان.

نضع الصوص فوق البطاطس المهروسة.

Prepare the meatballs by mixing minced meat, grated onion, salt, pepper, paprika, cinnamon, breadcrumbs, and the egg.

نعد الكفتة عن طريق خلط اللحم المفروم، البصل المبشور، الملح، الفلفل، البابريكا، القرفة، البقسماط، والبيضة.

نشكل الكفتة على شكل كرات صغيرة.

Arrange the meatballs on top of the sauce.

نرص كرات الكفتة فوق الصوص.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the meatballs.

نرش الجبنة الموزاريلا فوق الكفتة.

ندخل الطبق الفرن حتى ينضج.

نضع صدر الديك الرومي في الصينية.

Prepare the marinade mixture: mix butter, salt, pepper, paprika, ketchup, barbecue sauce, and dried basil.

نحضّر خلطة التتبيلة: نخلط الزبدة، الملح، الفلفل، البابريكا، الكاتشب، الباربكيو صوص، والريحان الناشف

Coat the turkey breast with the marinade mixture thoroughly on all sides.

ندهّن صدر الديك الرومي بالخلطة جيداً من جميع الجهات.

نضيف بعض من صوص الباربكيو والكاتشب والماء إلى الخلطة المتبقية.

Pour the mixture over the turkey breast in the tray

نسكب الخلطة على صدر الديك الرومي في الصينية.

Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake in the oven.

نغطّي الصينية بورق قصدير وندخلها الفرن.

Remove the turkey breast from the oven and slice it.

نخرج صدر الديك من الفرن ونقطّعه شرائح.

Stuff the turkey slices with smoked turkey, cheddar cheese, and basil

نحرّك شرائح الديك الرومي بالتركي المدخن والجبنة الشيدر والريحان.

Return the turkey to the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

نعيد وضع الديك في الفرن لمدة ١٠ دقائق حتى تذوب الجبنة.

Prepare the gravy sauce: mix turkey sauce, gravy powder, and cornstarch

نحضّر صوص الجريفي: نخلط صوص الديك، الجريفي بودر، وطحين الذرة  .

Place the turkey on the yellow rice and pour the gravy sauce over it.

نضع الديك على الأرز الأصفر ونسكب صوص الجريفي عليه.

We place the vegetables in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and put it in the oven.
