  • 0.25CupMinced parsley
  • 1Psc.Lemon juice
  • 0.25Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5CupLebanese cream
  • 1PacketFarfalle Pasta

Steps

    Place sliced red onions on a baking sheet.

    Add paprika, Italian spices, salt, and pepper to the onions.

    Drizzle sun-dried tomato oil over the onions.

    Add sun-dried tomatoes and a whole head of garlic

    Bake until caramelized. Remove garlic cloves.

    Add chopped spinach, parsley, lemon juice, and grated parmesan cheese

    Stir to combine.

    Pour Lebanese cream over the mixture.

    Add cooked farfalle pasta.
