- 0.5CupSugar
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Pistachios
- 2CanSweetened Condensed Milk
- 1.5CupApricot juice
- 0.5Cupwater

To prepare the pudding Mix the milk, starch and sugar on cold, then put the mixture on the fire, stirring until it thickens.

Add the blossom water, then pour the pudding into Pyrex and refrigerate until firm.

To prepare the pistachio layer Mix the ground pistachios, sweetened condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of blossom water until smooth.

For the Qamar Al-Din Layer Mix Kamar Din syrup with water and one and a half tablespoons of starch, then put it on the heat, stirring until it thickens.

Once the mahlabiya has set, spread the pistachio layer on top, then add the moonshine layer.
