    In a food processor place the onion, parsley, cilantro, green pepper, garlic, yogurt, salt, spices, lemon juice and olive oil, then mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

    Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes and mix well until fully coated.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to infuse.

    The next day, prepare the skewers by inserting the chicken cubes, onion, and bell pepper alternately onto wooden sticks.
