Ingredients
- 0.75Grams (g) Cottage Cheese
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
- 1CupSugar
- 1.5PinchSalt
- 1PacketKiri cheese
- 1.5CupBlack olives
- 1.5CupGreen olives
- 1Psc.Red chili pepper
- 2CupOlive oil
- 1PinchBlack Seeds
- 1.5CupMilk
Steps

Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of chopped olives (green or black as preferred).

Transfer to a storage container and garnish with pieces of chili pepper.

Blend until smooth.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and ½ cup of milk.

Add 1 or 2 chopped red chili peppers depending on desired spice level.

For Chili Pepper-Flavored Cheese: Place the cottage cheese in the blender.

Transfer to a storage container and top with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and some olive slices for garnish.

Blend until completely smooth.

Add ½ cup of milk (no salt needed since olives are salty).

For Cream-Flavored Cheese: Place 250 grams (a quarter kilo) of cottage cheese in a blender or use a hand blender.

For Olive-Flavored Cheese: Place 250 grams of cottage cheese in the blender.

Pour the mixture into a storage container and garnish with a sprinkle of black seeds (Nigella seeds).

Blend all ingredients well until smooth and creamy.

Add ½ cup of milk and adjust by adding 2–3 tablespoons more if needed for desired thickness.

Add 1 cube of Kiri cheese (or replace with extra cream or any creamy cheese).
