In a pan on low heat, addbutter, then add the meat slices. Season with salt and black pepper on both sides, and cook, flipping them until fully cooked. Remove them from the pan.

For the sauce: In a pan on the stove, add butter, then add the chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the onion softens. .
