Whisk eggs with vanilla. Add condensed milk, whipping cream, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Melt butter in a pan. Dip brioche toast slices into the egg mixture.

Cook the toast in the pan until golden brown.

In the same pan, add butter, cornstarch, lemon juice, and maple syrup.

Add the berries and stir well. Add a little water if the sauce is too thick.

Arrange French toast slices on a plate. Pour berry sauce and maple syrup over the French toast.
