  • 1Grams (g) Smoked turkey

Steps

    Chop the smoked turkey into very small pieces

    In a bowl, combine the chopped smoked turkey, minced boiled chicken, parsley, mozzarella, crushed garlic, dried basil, sun-dried tomato oil, flour, and breadcrumbs.

    Mix well, then shape the mixture into small meatballs.

    Brown the meatballs in a pan with a little oil until cooked.

    In the same pan, melt butter and oil, add garlic and onion, then add sun-dried tomatoes.

    Add spinach, salt, pepper, and cooking cream

    Stir in grated parmesan cheese.
