In a bowl, combine white flour, whole wheat flour, toasted sesame seeds, black cumin, whole fennel, whole anise, ground fennel, ground anise, ground mastic, mahleb, yeast, turmeric, powdered milk, and sugar, then mix well.

Add a pinch of salt and a cup of olive oil, and mix as shown in the video.

Add the toasted pine nuts then add warm water until you reach the desired consistency as shown in the video, and let it rise for 1 to 1.5 hours.

Next, grease the surface where you will shape the dough balls and the baking tray with olive oil.

Shape the dough and spread it on the tray, complete the quantity, then place it in the oven at 200°C (392°F) until the bottom is golden brown.
