Add warm water, date molasses, yeast, brown sugar, soft butter, and olive oil to the mixer.

Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to ensure the yeast is active.

Add the whole wheat flour, white flour, cocoa powder, and coffee. Knead for 10 minutes until the dough becomes soft and smooth

Sprinkle a little butter on the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

After fermentation, divide the dough into 4 pieces.

Gently flatten each piece so that it is soft and easy to roll out.

Roll each piece into a log shape, sealing the edges and ends.

Let the rolls rise again for 20 minutes.

Brush the tops with butter and sprinkle oats on top.

Preheat the oven and prepare a steam bath by placing a water jar inside. Bake with steam for 10 minutes, then finish baking in the air fryer for 17 minutes or until golden brown.
