    Prepare the chicken marinade: In a bowl, mix the butter, salt, pepper, Baharat Chicken Spice from Bab Al-Sham, and paprika.

    Coat the chicken with the marinade, both inside and outside.

    Grease a baking dish with oil.

    Place the chicken in the dish, then surround it with potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.

    Prepare the sauce: In a skillet, melt 1 teaspoon of butter, then add 3 sprigs of rosemary, 3 sprigs of thyme. 2 tablespoons of Bab Al Sham chicken spices, 1 teaspoon of corn flour, orange juice, and honey.
