نقوم بإضافة الماء ثم نضع الطنجرة على نار متوسطة

Bring the mixture to a boil and turn off the heat after 10 minutes

نقوم بتسخين كريمة الخفق على نار هادئة

Add the butter and stir until it is completely melted.

نضيف الزبدة ونقلب حتى تذوب تمامًا.

Add the white chocolate and stir until it is completely melted and the texture is smooth.

نضيف الشوكولاتة البيضاء ونحرك حتى تذوب تمامًا ويصبح القوام ناعمًا.

Add the pistachio paste and bring the mixture to a boil

نضيف معجون الفستق ثم نترك الخليط حتى يغلي

Add the pistachio powder and stir until the mixture is smooth.

نضيف بودرة الفستق ونقلب حتى يتجانس الخليط.

Cover the mixture with nylon, refrigerate and let it sit overnight

نغطي الخليط بنايلون ثم ندخله إلي الثلاجة ونتركه ليلة كاملة

Mix the melted chocolate with melted butter and then coat the balls with the mixture as shown in the video

وصفة دونتس طرية مزينة بثلاث نكهات شوكولاتة

All-purpose flour

Salt

Yeast

Sugar

Warm milk

Lotus Chocolate

Mix the liquid ingredients together (milk, butter, eggs, vanilla).

نقوم بخلط المواد السائلة معاً (الحليب، الزبدة، البيض، الفانيليا).

In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, yeast, sugar, salt).

في وعاء آخر، نخلط المواد الجافة (الطحين، الخميرة، السكر، الملح).

Combine the wet and dry ingredients in a stand mixer.

ندمج المكونات السائلة والجافة معًا في العجانة.

Knead on a very low speed for the first 2 minutes.

نشغل العجانة على سرعة منخفضة جدًا لمدة دقيقتين فقط.

Increase to the highest speed and knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

نرفع السرعة إلى أعلى درجة ونعجن العجينة لمدة 10 دقائق حتى تصبح ناعمة وطرية

Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size.

نشكل العجينة على شكل كرة ونضعها في وعاء مدهون بالزيت، ثم نغطيها ونتركها لتختمر من ساعة إلى ساعة ونصف حتى يتضاعف حجمها.

After rising, roll the dough out on a floured surface to about 1 cm thick.

بعد التخمير، نفرد العجينة على سطح مرشوش بالطحين حتى يصبح سمكها حوالي 1 سم

Cut out donut shapes as shown in the video.

نقطع العجينة على شكل دونات كما هو موضح بالفيديو.

Place the donuts on parchment paper, cover them, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

نضع قطع الدونات على ورق زبدة، نغطيها ونتركها لتختمر لمدة نصف ساعة إضافية.

Fry the donuts in oil heated to 160°C (320°F) until golden brown.

نقلي الدونات في زيت ساخن على درجة حرارة 160 درجة مئوية حتى تكتسب لوناً ذهبياً

After they cool down, melt each type of chocolate separately with a tablespoon of oil

بعد أن تبرد، نقوم بتذويب كل نوع من الشوكولاتة مع ملعقة زيت على حدة.

Dip the face of each piece into a different type of chocolate (milk, pistachio, or lotus)

نغمس وجه كل قطعة في نوع مختلف من الشوكولاتة (حليب، فستق، أو لوتس)

We coat the peppers with olive oil thoroughly on all sides.

نقوم بدهن حبات الفلفل بزيت الزيتون جيدًا من جميع الجهات.

Place the peppers on a tray with parchment paper and enter the oven at 180°C for one hour until they are fully roasted and browned.

نضع الفلفل في صينية بها ورق زبدة وندخله إلى الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 مئوية لمدة ساعة حتى يُشوى تمامًا ويتحمر.

نقوم بتقطيع البصل إلي شرائح

After taking the peppers out of the oven, we cover them for 10 minutes to make peeling easier, then peel and slice them into thin slices

بعد إخراج الفلفل من الفرن، نغطيه لمدة 10 دقائق ليسهل تقشيره، ثم نقوم بتقشيره وتقطيعه إلى شرائح رفيعة.

In a bowl, we mix the roasted pepper slices with red onion, crushed garlic, green olives, lemon juice, salt, olive oil, and chopped parsley.

في وعاء، نخلط شرائح الفلفل المشوي مع البصل الأحمر، الثوم المهروس، الزيتون الأخضر، عصير الليمون، الملح، زيت الزيتون، والبقدونس

Stir the ingredients well until combined and then add the tuna on top

نقلب المكونات جيدًا حتى تتجانس ثم نضيف التونة على الوجه

Serve the salad cold or at room temperature.

Dice the tomatoes and cucumber, slice the onion, and place them in a serving bowl

نرش الأوريجانو والملح والفلفل الأسود فوق الخضروات.

Add the olive oil and mix everything well.

نضيف زيت الزيتون ونقلب المكونات جيدًا.

Top the salad with feta cheese and Spanish olives.

نزين الوجه بقطع جبن الفيتا والزيتون الإسباني.

Serve immediately or keep chilled until serving.

نقدم السلطة فورًا أو نحتفظ بها مبردة حتى التقديم.

Mix the milk, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt in a pot while cold until everything dissolves

نقوم بخلط الحليب، السكر، الكاكاو، النشا، والملح في قدر على البارد حتى تذوب جميع المكونات.

Place the pot over medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture begins to boil

نضع القدر على نار متوسطة ونستمر بالتقليب حتى يبدأ الخليط بالغليان

Add the dark chocolate and stir well until it completely melts into the mixture.

نضيف الشوكولاتة الداكنة ونقلب جيداً حتى تذوب بالكامل داخل الخليط.

Once the consistency has thickened, distribute the drink into the glasses

بمجرد أن يثقل القوام نوزع المشروب في الأكواب

Garnish with whipped cream or marshmallows as desired.

نقوم بتزيينه بالكريمة المخفوقة أو المارشميلو حسب الرغبة.

يُقدَّم ساخناً، وصحتين وعافية.

Whip the cold whipping cream with the Dream Whip envelope until stiff.

نقوم بخفق كريمة الخفق الباردة مع مغلف الدريم ويب حتى تتماسك.

Add the cream cheese, caramel cream, cream, and condensed milk, then mix well until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.

نضيف الجبنة الكريمية، الكريم كراميل، القشطة، والحليب المكثف، ثم نخلط جيدًا حتى نحصل على كريمة ناعمة ومتجانسة.

Cut the cake into slices and start forming the trifle layers in a large serving dish.

نقطع الكيك إلى شرائح ونبدأ بتشكيل طبقات الترايفل في طبق تقديم كبير.

Layer the cake, then moisten it with a little mango or pineapple juice.

نضع طبقة من الكيك، ثم نرطّبها بقليل من عصير المانجا أو الأناناس.

نقوم بتقطيع المانجو إلي مكعبات

Spread some of the cream cheese frosting over the cake

نوزّع جزءاً من كريمة الجبنة فوق الكيك

نضيف طبقة من مكعبات المانجا الطازجة.

Add another layer of cake and then add the biscuits

نقوم بإضافة طبقة أخري من الكيك ثم نضيف البسكويت

Drizzle the cake with a little mango or pineapple juice.

نسقي الكيك بقليل من عصير المانجا أو الأناناس.

نقوم بإضافة طبقة أخيرة من  الكريمة

Place the trifle in the freezer for half an hour to an hour

نضع الترايفل في  الفريزر لمدة من نصف ساعة إلي ساعة

To make the jelly: Mix the mango juice with two tablespoons of starch, and cook until it thickens.

لتحضير طبقة الجلي: نقوم بخلط عصير المانجا مع ملعقتين من النشا، ونضعه على النار حتى يثقل القوام.

Pour the jelly on top of the trifle, let it cool and then put it back in the freezer for half an hour

نسكب طبقة الجلي فوق الترايفل، ونتركها تبرد ثم ندخلها إلي الفريزر مرة أخري لمدة نصف ساعة

Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mango cubes

نزيّن الوجه بحبات الرمان  ومكعبات المانجو

Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl for 5 minutes until the mixture doubles in volume and changes color.

نقوم بخفق البيض مع السكر في وعاء لمدة 5 دقائق حتى يتضاعف الحجم ويتغير اللون

نضيف الزيت والحليب ثم نخلط جيداً.

Gradually add the dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, vanilla, and baking powder) and stir until fully combined.

نُدخل المكونات الجافة (الطحين، النشا، الفانيليا، والبايكنغ باودر) ونخلط حتى يتجانس الخليط.

Pour the mixture into a cheesecake pan lined with parchment paper or greased.

نسكب الخليط في قالب تشيز كيك مدهون أو مبطّن بورق الزبدة.
