Ingredients

  • 400Psc.Dates
  • 90CupFine coconut
  • 100CupCoconut milk
  • 200Grams (g) Dark chocolate
  • 200Grams (g) White chocolate
  • 1CupCoconut
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

Steps

    Mix the finely ground coconut with the coconut milk until you get a cohesive dough.

    Remove the pits from the dates

  3. 3

    Stuff each date with a bit of the coconut mixture.

    Close the dates as shown in the video

    Melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate separately using a double boiler or microwave.

    Dip each stuffed date into either dark or white chocolate until fully coated

  7. 7

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is well set.

  8. 8

    Garnish with coconut or pistachios to taste.
