Ingredients
- 650Tablespoons (tbsp)All-purpose flour
- 100Milliliters (mL)Melted butter
- 2Psc.eggs
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 1PinchSalt
- 1PacketYeast
- 40CupSugar
- 250CupWarm milk
- 200Grams (g) Milk Chocolate
- 200Grams (g) Pistachio chocolate
- 200Grams (g) Lotus Chocolate
- 3CupOil
Steps

Mix the liquid ingredients together (milk, butter, eggs, vanilla).

In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, yeast, sugar, salt).

Combine the wet and dry ingredients in a stand mixer.

Knead on a very low speed for the first 2 minutes.

Increase to the highest speed and knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size.

After rising, roll the dough out on a floured surface to about 1 cm thick.

Cut out donut shapes as shown in the video.

Place the donuts on parchment paper, cover them, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

Fry the donuts in oil heated to 160°C (320°F) until golden brown.

After they cool down, melt each type of chocolate separately with a tablespoon of oil

Dip the face of each piece into a different type of chocolate (milk, pistachio, or lotus)
