كيكة كريم كراميل بالفواكه ...سهلة و سريعة ومكوناتها قليلة...انا استخدمت كيك الفانيلا بتقدروا تستخدموا اي نوع كيك جاهز و هيك بتختصروا خطوة وما بتحتاجوا الفرن للتحضير .

Mix the milk with the caramel pudding, cornstarch, and cream, then boil them over the stove.

نخلط الحليب مع كريم الكراميل، النشا، وعلبة القشطة، ثم نغليهم على النار.

Cut the cake into squares as shown in the video

نقطع الكيك إلى مربعات كما موضح بالفيديو

Add pineapple pieces and pineapple juice.

نقوم بإضافة  قطع الأناناس وعصير الأناناس.

Grease the mold with oil, then add the cake mixture and caramel pudding as shown in the video.

ندهن القالب بالزيت، ثم نضيف خليط الكيك والكريم كراميل بالطريقة الموضحة بالفيديو .

Place the mold in the fridge to chill for 5 hours.

ندخل القالب في الثلاجة للتبريد لمدة 5 ساعات.

We mix 3 and a half cups of flour with a third cup of oil, 3 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder in the mixer.

نقوم بخلط 3 ونصف كوب من الطحين مع ثلث كوب من الزيت، 3 ملاعق من الروب، ملعقة من الملح، وملعقة من البيكنج بودر  في العجان

We add the powdered milk, then add the dissolved yeast and sugar in warm water.

نضيف الحليب البودرة ثم نضيف الخميرة والسكر المذابين في الماء الدافئ

We knead the dough until we reach the consistency shown in the video, then leave the dough to ferment for an hour.

نعجن العجينة حتى نصل إلى القوام الموضح بالفيديو ثم نترك العجينة لتختمر لمدة ساعة.

Once the dough has risen, we stuff it with cheese and roll it into small balls.

بعد أن تختمر العجينة، نقوم بحشوها بالجبن ونشكلها على شكل كرات صغيرة.

We brush the balls with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

ندهن الكرات بالحليب ثم نرش عليها السمسم.

We bake them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.

نضعها في الفرن لمدة 15 إلى 20 دقيقة حتى تصبح ذهبية.

After taking them out of the oven, we drizzle them with syrup or sweetened condensed milk

نضع اللبن في وعاء عميق.

Add the yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

نضيف إليه اللبنة، بودرة الثوم، الملح، والفلفل الأسود.

Mix the ingredients well with a spoon or hand whisk until you get a homogeneous creamy texture.

نخلط المكونات جيدًا باستخدام ملعقة أو مضرب يدوي حتى نحصل على قوام كريمي متجانس.

Prepare the minced meat:
Place a skillet over medium heat, then add the ground beef.

تحضير اللحم المفروم:
نضع مقلاة على نار متوسطة، ثم نضيف اللحم المفروم.

Turn the meat continuously until it dries out and begins to brown.

نقلب اللحم باستمرار حتى يجف من السوائل ويبدأ بالتحمير.

Add the chopped white onion to the meat and stir until the onion is wilted.

نضيف البصل الأبيض المفروم إلى اللحم ونقلب حتى يذبل البصل.

Add the meat spices, seven-spice, black pepper, and salt, then stir well until the spices are evenly distributed.

نضيف بهارات اللحم، بهارات السبعة، الفلفل الأسود، والملح، ثم نقلب جيدًا حتى تتوزع التوابل بالتساوي.

Add the tomato sauce and a pinch of oregano, then stir and simmer for 2 minutes until the flavors are combined.

نضيف صلصة الطماطم ورشة الأوريجانو، ثم نقلب المكونات ونتركها على نار هادئة لمدة دقيقتين حتى تمتزج النكهات.

Remove the meat from the heat and set aside to cool slightly.

نرفع اللحم عن النار ونتركه جانبًا حتى يبرد قليلًا.

Cut the tortillas into small pieces, then place them in a hot air fryer at 200°C for 3 minutes until crispy.

نقطع خبز التورتيلا إلى قطع صغيرة، ثم نضعها في قلاية الهواء الساخن على حرارة 200 درجة مئوية لمدة 3 دقائق حتى تصبح مقرمشة.

Serve the tortilla chips with creamy labneh and ground beef.

غلفي قالب كيك بورق النايلون لضمان سهولة الإخراج.

Place the crushed biscuits in the mold and spread evenly.

ضعي قطع البسكويت المكسر في القالب ووزعيها بالتساوي.

In a blender or by hand blender, mix the condensed milk, cream, and cheese pieces until smooth and creamy.

في الخلاط او باستخدام الخلاط اليدوي، اخلطي الحليب المكثف المحلى، القشطة، وقطع الجبن حتى تحصلي على خليط ناعم وكريمي.

Pour the ice cream mixture over the biscuits in the mold.

اسكبي خليط الآيس كريم فوق البسكويت في القالب.

Cover the mold and freeze for at least 4-5 hours, preferably overnight, for a firm texture. Remove the dessert from the mold, Decorate as desired. slice, and serve chilled.

غطي القالب وضعيه في الفريزر لمدة 4-5 ساعات على الأقل، ويفضل طوال الليل للحصول على قوام متماسك. أخرجي الحلى من القالب، و زينيه حسب الرغبة, قطعيه، وقدميه باردًا.

قومي بصف البسكويت في قاعدة القالب بحيث يغطي السطح بالكامل.

Roast the walnuts in a frying pan over medium heat.

نقوم بتحميص الجوز في مقلاة علي نار متوسطة

Crush the biscuits and nuts into small pieces and mix them together.

قومي بتكسير البسكويت و الجوز لقطع صغيرة و نخلطهم ببعض

Melt butter over low heat with milk, cocoa, and sugar.

ذوّبي الزبدة على نار هادئة مع الحليب، الكاكاو، والسكر.

Add the mixture to the biscuits and walnuts and mix well until combined.

اضيفي الخليط للبسكوت و الجوز و قلبيهم جيدا حتي يتجانسوا

Pour the mixture over the biscuit layer and spread evenly.

اسكبي الخليط فوق طبقة البسكويت وافرديه بالتساوي.

Add a second layer of biscuits over the mixture.

ضيفي طبقة من البسكويت ثانيه فوق الخليط

Melt chocolate and mix in the cooking cream.

ذوّبي الشوكولاته وأضيفي إليها كريمة الطبخ.

Melt the plain chocolate, spread it on a sheet of parchment paper, wrap it in a roll, and put it in the refrigerator

ذوبي الشوكولاته الساده و افرديها علي ورقة زبدة و لفيها رول و ضعيها في الثلاجة

Pour the melted chocolate over the second layer.

اسكبي الشوكولاته المذابة فوق الطبقة الثانية.

Decorate the edges with dark chocolate. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set.

زيّني الحواف بالشوكولا الداكنة. ضعي القالب في الثلاجة لمدة 3-4 ساعات أو حتى يتماسك.
