- 0.5PinchSeven spices
- 0.25CupTomato Sauce
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Oregano
- 1Psc.Whole grain tortilla
- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 500Grams (g) Ground meat

Put the yogurt in a deep bowl.

Add the yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the ingredients well with a spoon or hand whisk until you get a homogeneous creamy texture.

Prepare the minced meat: Place a skillet over medium heat, then add the ground beef.

Turn the meat continuously until it dries out and begins to brown.

Add the chopped white onion to the meat and stir until the onion is wilted.

Add the meat spices, seven-spice, black pepper, and salt, then stir well until the spices are evenly distributed.

Add the tomato sauce and a pinch of oregano, then stir and simmer for 2 minutes until the flavors are combined.

Remove the meat from the heat and set aside to cool slightly.

Cut the tortillas into small pieces, then place them in a hot air fryer at 200°C for 3 minutes until crispy.
