Steps

    We mix 3 and a half cups of flour with a third cup of oil, 3 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder in the mixer.

    We add the powdered milk, then add the dissolved yeast and sugar in warm water.

    We knead the dough until we reach the consistency shown in the video, then leave the dough to ferment for an hour.

    Once the dough has risen, we stuff it with cheese and roll it into small balls.

    We brush the balls with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

    We bake them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
