Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes

Mince the garlic with a knife

We season the chicken cubes with salt, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon, then coat them well in flour.

We deep-fry the chicken pieces in hot oil until they turn golden and crispy

In a pan, we sauté the garlic in butter until fragrant.

We add the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and crushed chili flakes, and let the mixture boil.
