  • 5ClovesGarlic
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Mild soy sauce
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 4CupHoney
  • 1PinchRed chili flakes
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Chopped Green onions
  • 1Grams (g) Hot chilli
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Psc.Lemon juice
  • 2CupFlour

    Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes

    Mince the garlic with a knife

    We season the chicken cubes with salt, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon, then coat them well in flour.

    We deep-fry the chicken pieces in hot oil until they turn golden and crispy

    In a pan, we sauté the garlic in butter until fragrant.

    We add the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and crushed chili flakes, and let the mixture boil.

    We add the fried chicken to the sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
