Add 200 grams of sifted powdered sugar to the butter and beat them well for 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add 3 eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture, then continue beating until the ingredients are fully combined.

Gradually add 630 grams of flour while mixing until you get a soft, well-combined dough.

Transfer the dough into a piping bag, then shape the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, forming any design you prefer.

Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F), then bake the cookies for 15 minutes, or until the edges start to lightly brown.
