- 0.5Psc.Onion
- 3ClovesMinced garlic
- 2PinchSalt
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Meat spices
- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
- 2Psc.Bay Leaf

Melt one tablespoon of ghee over medium-high heat.

Place the meat cubes in the pot without browning, so they cook properly. Stir the meat well until it's seared on all sides.

After the meat is seared, remove it from the pot. Then add another tablespoon of ghee to the same pot.

We crush 3 large garlic cloves and add them to the pot with 1/2 kilogram of chopped onions. We stir the mixture well until the onions soften and caramelize.

After the meat is seared, remove it from the pot. Then add another tablespoon of ghee to the same pot.

Add enough hot water to cover the meat completely, then add two bay leaves.

We wait until the water boils gently, then reduce the heat and cover the pot. We leave the meat to cook on low heat.
