Mix the chicken with salt, pepper, cumin, thyme, dried coriander, smoked paprika, hot paprika or hot sauce, garlic powder, white vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Let the chicken marinate for at least two hours in the fridge.

Grill the chicken in the oven, air fryer, or on the grill until cooked through.

In another bowl, mix sour cream or Turkish labneh with lemon juice, mayonnaise, olive oil, white vinegar, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste.

Mix the ingredients well until you get a smooth, blended mixture.

Cut the tortilla bread into thin strips and grill or fry until crispy.

In a large bowl, add chopped lettuce, colored bell peppers, corn, red beans or a mix of red and black beans, black olives, cherry tomatoes, chopped avocado, cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, chopped chili (optional), and sprinkle cilantro leaves.
