في مقلاة أخرى، اقلي شرائح الدجاج حتى تنضج دون إضافتها مباشرة إلى الخضار، حتى لا تخرج منها السوائل وتؤثر على النكهة.

After cooking the chicken, add salt and black pepper, then mix the chicken with the vegetables in the skillet.

بعد طهي الدجاج، أضف الملح والفلفل الأسود، ثم امزج الدجاج مع الخضار في المقلاة.

Dissolve a tablespoon of cornstarch in a little water, then add it to the mixture to achieve a cohesive texture.

Mix all the spices together, then add ¾ of the spice mix to the chicken and mix well to coat all sides of the chicken.

نخلط جميع التوابل معًا ثم نأخذ 3/4 منها ونضيفها إلى قطع الدجاج ونخلطها جيداً حتى تتغطى التوابل على جميع الجوانب.

In a large pan, add the butter and olive oil and start searing the chicken thighs until golden brown on both sides.

في مقلاة كبيرة، نضيف الزبدة وزيت الزيتون ثم نبدأ في تحمير قطع الدجاج حتى تصبح ذهبية من الجانبين.

Remove the chicken and set aside. Add a little more butter, then add the onions and colorful peppers, the rest of the spices, and cook for a few minutes.

نرفع الدجاج جانبًا ونضيف قليل من الزبدة، ثم نضيف البصل والفلفل الملون وبقية التوابل ونقلبهم لبضع دقائق.

Add the rice and stir until it is coated with the spices.

نضيف الأرز ونقلبه حتى يتغطى بالتوابل.

Add the chicken stock, then return the chicken pieces to the pan. (Taste at this point to check the seasoning).

نضيف مرق الدجاج ثم نعيد قطع الدجاج إلى المقلاة. (يمكنك تذوق المزيج في هذه المرحلة للتأكد من أن التوابل مناسبة).

Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to the lowest, cover, and let it cook slowly for about 20 minutes.

نرفع الحرارة حتى يغلي المزيج ثم نخفض الحرارة إلى أقل درجة، نغطي المقلاة ونتركها تطهى ببطء لمدة 20 دقيقة تقريبًا.

Garnish with spring onions and fresh coriander and serve.
