Ingredients

  • 4Psc.Potato
  • 100Grams (g) Butter
  • 30Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper

Steps

    Peel the potatoes and slice them very thin using a sharp knife.

    Place the sliced potatoes in a large glass bowl.

    Melt the butter and pour it over the potato slices.

    Add grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

    Mix all the ingredients well so the slices are coated with seasoning and butter.

    Stack the potato slices into muffin tray cups, layering them.

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

    Bake for 35 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.

    Remove from the oven and sprinkle with a little extra Parmesan if desired.
