Ingredients

- 250Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
- 700CupWhipping cream
- 2CupMango Juice
- 50CupSugar
- 2Psc.Ladyfinger biscuits

Cut the mango into slices, then into small cubes.

Place some of the mango cubes in a bowl and add sugar and mango juice.

Blend the mixture with a hand blender until smooth but with some small mango pieces remaining.

In another bowl, add the cream cheese and sugar.

Beat the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.

Add the whipping cream to the cream cheese mixture and continue beating until you get a thick, creamy consistency.

In the serving dish, spread a layer of whipped cream at the bottom.

Quickly dip the ladyfinger biscuits in mango juice.

Arrange a layer of dipped biscuits over the cream layer.

Spread a layer of mango mixture over the biscuits.

Repeat the layers: cream, biscuits, then mango, until all the mixture is used.

Put the remaining cream into a piping bag and decorate the top with cream dots.

Sprinkle dried berries or dried rose petals on top.
