Ingredients

- 250Grams (g) White chocolate
- 105Grams (g) Pistachio powder
- 1CupPistachio paste
- 250CupMelted Chocolate
- 70Milliliters (mL)Melted butter

We heat the whipping cream over low heat

Add the butter and stir until it is completely melted.

Add the white chocolate and stir until it is completely melted and the texture is smooth.

Add the pistachio paste and bring the mixture to a boil

Cover the mixture with nylon, refrigerate and let it sit overnight
