Ingredients

  • 110CupWhipping cream
  • 70Grams (g) Butter
  • 250Grams (g) White chocolate
  • 105Grams (g) Pistachio powder
  • 1CupPistachio paste
  • 250CupMelted Chocolate
  • 70Milliliters (mL)Melted butter

Steps

    We heat the whipping cream over low heat

    Add the butter and stir until it is completely melted.

    Add the white chocolate and stir until it is completely melted and the texture is smooth.

    Add the pistachio paste and bring the mixture to a boil

    Add the pistachio powder and stir until the mixture is smooth.

    Cover the mixture with nylon, refrigerate and let it sit overnight

    Shape the mixture into small balls

    Mix the melted chocolate with melted butter and then coat the balls with the mixture as shown in the video

    The balls can be decorated with pistachios, melted white chocolate, and roses to taste
