Steps

    Cut the cucumber into medium-sized pieces.

    Place the chopped cucumber in a pot with boiling water and salt, then leave it for a few minutes.

    In a bowl, mix the amba with hot water, vinegar, and lemon juice well.

    Add the drained cucumber to the previous mixture with a portion of the cucumber water and stir well to combine.

    Store the mixture in an airtight glass jar and leave it at room temperature for 24 hours before serving.
