  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
  • 1To TasteSyrup
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

Steps

    Coat the edges of the tray with sugar syrup, then sprinkle with ground pistachios.

    In a bowl, mix sugar and semolina well.

    Pour the milk into a saucepan over medium heat, then add the sugar-semolina mix.

    Stir continuously until the mixture thickens.

    Add orange blossom water, mix well, and remove from heat.

    Pour the mixture into the tray and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours until completely chilled.

    Before serving, spread the clotted cream evenly over the top.

    Garnish with ground pistachios.
