We prepare the ready-made kofte, either fried or sprayed with oil and grilled in the oven or air fryer.

In a pan over heat, we sauté the chopped onion and garlic in a little oil until they soften.

Add the mushrooms and spices (black pepper, Italian herbs, garlic powder) and stir well.

Then add the cooking cream, sour cream, and cream cheese

We add a beef bouillon cube and let the mixture simmer for a short time.

Finally, add the kofte (either fried or cooked in the air fryer) and let it cook with the cream to absorb the flavors.
