- 0.25CupParmigiano Reggiano Chees
- 1ClovesGarlic
- 4CupCold water
- 1Psc.eggs

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Sumac
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Pistachios
- 0.5CupGround almonds

Rub the flour with butter, salt, cheese, and garlic (if desired) until the mixture is combined.

Gradually add cold water to form a cohesive dough.

Add green coriander as desired

Wrap the dough in parchment paper and freeze for 1 hour.

Cut the dough into small shapes and dip them in the beaten egg mixture.

Coat the pieces with sesame, za'atar, or sumac (as desired).

For the green flavor: Mix ½ cup flour with ½ cup ground pistachios and coat the pieces in pistachios after the egg wash.

For the third flavor: Mix ½ cup flour with ½ cup ground almonds and coat the pieces in almonds after the egg wash.

Arrange on a parchment-lined baking tray and brush the tops with the egg mixture.

Bake the crackers in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden.
