Steps

    Place the flax seeds and chia seeds in a bowl

    Pour the boiling water over the seeds and stir well.

    Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes so the seeds absorb the water

    Add the pumpkin seeds and stir well.

    Add the sunflower seeds and mix.

    Add the sesame seeds and stir the mixture.

    Add the gluten-free thyme and mix thoroughly.

    Add the salt and olive oil and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
