  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Mastic
  • 1CupSugar
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water

Steps

    Wash the rice twice and place it in a pot.

    Add water and cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked.

    Add milk and stir over medium heat for about 15 minutes.

    Add ground mastic and sugar to the rice and milk.

    Add the dissolved starch and stir constantly.

    Cook for another 15–20 minutes until it thickens.

    Finally, add orange blossom water and turn off the heat.
