  • 1ClovesGarlic

    For the Marinade: - 1/4 cup peanut butter - 3 tablespoons natural soy sauce (tamari) - 1.5 tablespoons honey - Garlic (to taste) - A pinch of salt and black pepper - Curry spice (to taste) - Water (as needed)

    Marinate chicken (or shrimp/beef) in the marinade for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

    In a hot pan, add organic olive oil and grill the marinated meat for 8-10 minutes.

    For the sauce, use the same ingredients as the marinade, adjusting quantities to taste. Heat until slightly thickened.
