Pistachio Butter
Ingredients

- 0.25CupCorn oil
- 1CupPowdered sugar
- 2CanSweetened Condensed Milk

We roast one cup of peeled pistachios in the oven for 5 minutes at medium heat.

We grind the roasted pistachios in a grinder until they become very fine.

We place the ground pistachios into the blender.

We add ¼ cup of corn oil to the pistachios in the blender

We blend the mixture until it becomes smooth.

We add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.

We add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk and continue blending until the texture is completely smooth.

We store the pistachio butter in jars or airtight containers in the refrigerator.

To prepare pistachio cream: We place 2 tablespoons of prepared whipping cream in a cup.

We add 2 tablespoons of the prepared pistachio butter.

We mix the ingredients using a hand whisk until we get a smooth texture and uniform color.

The pistachio cream can be placed in a piping bag for decoration if desired.
