Ingredients

  • 0.5Kilograms (kg)Veal meat
  • 0.5Kilograms (kg)Mutton
  • 1Psc.Onion
  • 1Grams (g) Hot chilli
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 2ClovesGarlic
  • 0.25BunchParsley
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Buttermilk
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)White pepper

Steps

    Mix half a kilo of beef with half a kilo of lamb, adding hot pepper, two cloves of garlic, parsley, and a chopped onion, then season with salt and black pepper.

    Shape the mixture into balls and grill them until cooked.

    In a pot, combine 2 kilos of yogurt with two tablespoons of cornstarch, and heat while stirring continuously.

    Add hot water mixed with meat broth to the yogurt.

    Add the meatballs to the sauce and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, then season with salt and white pepper

    For the topping, sauté minced garlic and chopped coriander in oil over heat, then add it to the yogurt sauce
