Steps

    Heat a small amount of oil in a pan.

    Add the orzo and stir until golden brown.

    Add a spoonful of liver seasoning and stir well.

    Juice the tomatoes in a food processor

    Pour in the tomato juice and tomato paste and mix.

    Add the water, salt, and a pinch of sugar.

    Cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat until the orzo is cooked.

    Add the fried or pre-cooked liver pieces and mix gently.

    Remove from heat and serve warm or at room temperature.

    The liver seasoning consists of: half a head of crushed garlic, one finely chopped onion, salt, black pepper, ground coriander, cumin, ground allspice (kababa sieni), chili to taste, a pinch of cinnamon, and one packet of instant stock.
