- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Coriander
- 2PinchSalt
- 1Psc.Ginger
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)cardamon

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pepper paste

- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar

Prepare the marinade by placing all the ingredients in a bowl.

Mix the ingredients well until combined.

Make slits in the chicken and immerse it in the marinade, then leave it in the fridge overnight.

Place the chicken in the oven at 200 degrees, using only the bottom heat, for half an hour.

After half an hour, brush the chicken with a mixture of (pepper paste, tomato paste, and olive oil) on both sides.

Adjust the oven to 180 degrees with top and bottom heat and leave it for an hour and a half.

If the chicken's surface begins to darken, cover it with parchment paper for a bit. In the last ten minutes, remove the parchment paper.
