  • 1.5Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 3CupSugar
  • 1Psc.lemon

    In a large bowl, add two cups of powdered milk, one cup of cornstarch, and one tablespoon of vanilla powder. Then mix the dry ingredients well, and add six cups of water to the mixture while stirring continuously until all the ingredients are well combined.

    Place the mixture over medium heat and continue stirring until it begins to boil and thickens. Then, leave it on the heat for a little while after boiling, and then remove it from the heat.

    In another pot, place one cup of sugar and leave it over medium heat until it turns golden. Add one and a quarter cups of water to the caramelized sugar along with a squeeze of lemon and half a teaspoon of vanilla, stirring gently. Leave the syrup on the heat for 5-10 minutes until it thickens, then remove it from the heat.

    After the main mixture has cooled, you can pour it into dishes and serve it with the caramel syrup on top.
